At Haus Concrete, every piece is made with care – and we believe delivery should feel just as considered. Whether it’s a small item or a centrepiece dining table, we handle each order with the same commitment to quality and attention to detail.
We offer two levels of service depending on the value of your order:
UPS Heavy Delivery Service
Smaller or lighter items are shipped using UPS’s heavy item service. This includes curbside delivery to your doorstep. Please note, for these deliveries, the driver may not be able to bring the item inside or position it in your home – you may need help on hand to carry it in.
We’ll send full tracking details as soon as your order leaves our studio.
White Glove Delivery – Our Signature Service
For larger, made-to-order pieces over £1,000 – including dining tables, larger worktops and bespoke items – we use our premium white glove delivery service.
Your piece will be:
Hand-delivered by our expert team
Carried into your home, to the exact room and position of your choosing
Assembled and installed carefully on-site
With no lifting or assistance needed from your side
We’ll be in touch to book a delivery time that works for you, and we’ll make sure the process is as smooth and respectful as the design itself.
We work to realistic lead times to ensure nothing is rushed – but if you have a deadline or need a piece delivered by a specific date, just let us know before placing your order. We’ll always do our best to accommodate.
